Mindfulness Meditation is a form of mental training that makes living life a whole lot easier. It’s like going to the gym, but for your mind. The hardest part is just showing up. This is why sitting with other meditators is a great opportunity to learn and develop your practice. Sitting with a group is like having mental gym buddies to support and inspire you. EVERYONE – new and experienced – benefits from practicing together because we experience the positivity of like-minded people applying strong efforts to train our minds. We benefit just by being with each other and feeling the support. This 60-minute introductory class is great for ANYONE interested in meditation. Gina focuses on the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation, which is also called insight meditation. The class format is educational and experiential including guided instruction and silent practice.
